How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
Measure the length and width of the area in feet and multiply them to get the total square footage. We recommend adding a 10-15% 'overage' to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
What is your return policy for unused tiles?
We accept returns of full, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that individual sheets cannot be returned, and a restocking fee may apply to certain specialty items.
How are the tiles packaged to prevent breakage during shipping?
We use professional-grade reinforced packaging, including custom foam inserts and heavy-duty corrugated boxes, to ensure your mosaic tiles arrive in perfect condition.
Can I request a sample before placing a full order?
Yes! We highly recommend ordering a swatch or single sheet sample to see the color, texture, and finish in your home's unique lighting before committing to a bulk purchase.
Are your mosaic tiles suitable for wet areas like showers or pools?
Most of our glass and porcelain mosaics are waterproof and ideal for wet environments. However, certain natural stone or metal mosaics may require sealing. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page.
