At MosaicTile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and undamaged tiles in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover the specialized handling and storage of fragile masonry materials.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the tiles to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Packaging
Carefully repackage the tiles in their original boxes and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label and ship the materials back to our central distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the tiles for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee, within 7-10 business days.
